What is your shipping policy?

Manners Media ltd. ships worldwide from its locations in Tokyo and London. This is dependent on where stock is held or stock levels. For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery times or give estimates on shipping times. Please take note of our shipping rates below, these are flat rates to send to the countries listed.

Shipping rates

Japan
£7.00 (approx ¥1000) per order, an additional £4.00 (approx ¥600) is added per item due to the weight of the print issues of the magazines.

United Kingdom & Ireland
£7.00 (approx €8) per order, an additional £4.00 (approx €5) is added per item due to the weight of the print issues of the magazines.

Europe
£11.00 (approx €13) per order, an additional £4.00 (approx €5) is added per item due to the weight of the print issues of the magazines.

North America
£7.00 (approx $10USD) per order, an additional £4.00 (approx $5.50USD) is added per item due to the weight of the print issues of the magazines.

Asia
£11.00 per order, an additional £4.00 is added per item due to the weight of the print issues of the magazines.

Rest of the World
£11.00 per order, an additional £4.00 is added per item due to the weight of the print issues of the magazines.

What is your returns policy?

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your full-price purchase you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days.

Please note however that magazines removed from their packaging/shrink wrap or any protective packaging are not accepted as returns. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

Please email: hermagazineofficial@gmail.com to arrange shipment for any returns and to check the availability of stock if you are seeking an exchange.

You must use a tracked delivery service to ensure easy confirmation of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt.
